I’ve recently read about her decision to cut her hair. It’s said that she has done so because Beyonce’s child is getting much more attention than she is and that she needed some publicity and that her new hairstyle doesn’t quite allow her to whip her hair back and forth.

When I first saw this kid, I didn’t know whose kid she was, on her video clip for I whip my hair, I thought that she was at least 13-15 and I was amazed to find out how young she was. And then my struggles began. I know that it’s a good thing to get to the scene from an young age, but doesn’t that make her life even harder. When she grows up with the publicity and being a star she is sure to chase that in life; when she gets out of the limelight by any reason, she will probably do everything possible she can in order to get back there because she’s obviously used to being there and we can see that even though she doesn’t have that many songs out yet, they do have a lot of view on Youtube. This is thought to be some kind of success. And you can’t tell that her music is that childish, it might not have the most meaningful of texts but it’s still an attempt and that attempt sounds good. It’s better than  Nicki Minaj’s latest song.

I think that all the publicity she gets and compliments towards her are going to ruin her career. Because there are people saying that she is like young Michael Jackson, I mean when you have th econfidence that you are THAT good, then you will stop working. I’m sure that her parent’s won’t let her do that but it’s a thing in her character that is going to leave a mark in the long run. If someone is told that he is smart he will stop learning. It’s just like my son’s class. He is in the best high school of the year and is thought that his class is the smartest in the country (Bulgaria) and they were repetitively told that and they got their A++ marks without studying that much. And knowing that they could do it with even lesser work, they are now a mediocre class. They only have a mathematician that goes to world Olympiads and nothing more. In the past they had astronomers, physicists, biologists and chemists and now they have nothing because they thought that by being the best, the only thing to do is lay around watching TV.

These are truly people who deserve our respect. If it wasn’t for them we would stay at home bored and with nothing to watch on our TV’s. We would be home but we would still be in some kind of prison. Well, okay, we would just communicate more with each other and communication would be a greater part of our daily routine.

As you suppose rightly the job of the scriptwriter is to write scripts. This might seem as an easy task, but nowadays when there are thousands of series and millions of stories told how could one create something that hasn’t been told already. I’ve heard that for the CSI movies, there are scriptwriters that just come and go – they just give the ideas and the main scriptwriters then do everything else in order for that idea to become a movie that we see (or a part of series). Scriptwriters are people of art who need to have an endless source of ideas that haven’t been realized already. They need to find the extraordinary in everything and turn it into something that all people would like watching. It’s great, when you begin your career you have the idea that you’ll never come to a mental block because you have thousands of ideas. Two reasons are going to change that with time, the first one is that you’re going to forget most of the ideas you already have thought of and the second is that you’ll have the feeling that the story would have already been told. It’s not that simple, nobody likes to copy from the others and get booed for that when the public sees the result on TV, but it might happen. There still isn’t advanced enough technology to create a database that compares scripts and tells if there is just too much similarity between them.

The scriptwriter also has to be a good team leader because nowadays movies have at least 5-10 scriptwriters who compile the ideas for the show. You need to be a good listener because sometimes even the most menial of ideas turn out to be genius. Sometimes the idea that sounds ridiculous or already used is the most unique. A scriptwriter has to be a very observant person because he could get hundreds of ideas in his everyday routine if he has the ability to see the artistic part in it.

It’s winter and there is a much greater chance that we get sick. It might be due to the weather conditions or because there is somebody else who is sick and you got it from him. It’s flu season and it’s a boom of people buying anti-flu meds, but isn’t there another set of safety precautions for us not to get sick.

If you just stay at home and enjoy your hot coffee or tea there is a much smaller chance that you will get sick. If you aren’t in contact with any people who are sick, then your chance to get sick is also very small. Also, even when you are at home, be sure to wear warm clothes because if you get cold you are going to get the cold instantly. The idea behind not getting cold is to always keep your body temperature at a constant. If it’s 37 degrees and you go out in the cold, where it’s 0 degrees, there are some chemical and biological reactions which occur that make you sick.

You can also stay home and enjoy a hot soup while playing with your kids of friends. This is the best time to call your healthy friends and play a game of monopoly. Since this is prohibited for people under 18, it might not be that interesting now that you’re over 18, but give it a try, you never know how fun one lithe thing might be. So let’s get back to preventing that flu. You could actually drink two or three tablets of Paracetamol per day, because it not only fights against pain, but fights with the symptoms of the flu, because of its active substances that conduct him. Another option is to have a lot of exercise. By sweating our body lets go of all of the toxins and things that we don’t need in a fluid form. That’s why there are people who want to get sweaty when they are sick, because this is a way of cleansing. I’m not saying that this is a good idea because being sick usually drains one’s energy and when you have no energy it isn’t really sensible to go and have hard physical exercise. But still give it a try.

Well this is pretty much it, just try to keep yourself away from cold foods and drinks, spicy food and anything else you can think of that irritates your throat. Once you begin coughing you are going to get irritated again then cough again and all the way like that until you begin feeling better.

The truth is that there is no way to find the perfect place to live. You just have to make it all by yourself. You just get in a complex of a few rooms, nothing more but 4 walls multiplied by a few times. There is nothing inside and everything is white. There is going to be a lot of work ahead of you but you know that when you finish it it’s going to be the place where you are going to spend a large part of your life.

You might say that you don’t always get into an apartment and it’s like I described it. There may be furniture and all other kinds of things that don’t belong to you. I know that you want to start your life from the beginning and throwing everything away from the previous owner is the right first step. It’s a moment that decides the rest of your life. Once you get into it and begin decorating and so on, you will get fond of it. It’s just like having a baby. You don’t get instantly in love with it, some time needs to pass and when you take care of it you realize how important it is and how it couldn’t survive without your help. Make sure that everything you plan and do in the house is made so that there won’t be any regrets. You might think that you will have the money to do a redecoration but you certainly won’t have the energy. If you are going to do everything from the beginning and do it step by step, you might even work in the house or apartment for more than half a year. This is a lot of time and you are going to love that home. It’s just like buying a new telephone. You want to make sure that there aren’t any scratches on it for a long time because you want to keep it new.

Make sure that there is a room in which you will put things that you like the most. I’m talking about pictures, an aquarium maybe and a few plants. The idea is for you to be able to relax in the room no matter what. It’s supposed to be that place where you can stay in peace and tranquility. It should be a place where you feel secure, comfortable and relaxed, where you can think over your problems and find a solution to them. Or you might want the opposite effect: a place to escape from the problems. If you have a loved one but you don’t find comfort and you don’t feel like you could tell them your most kept secrets, then what is the use of being with them? It’s the same with having a house. What’s the point of having just any if you can’t customize it to your needs. For the people who have business careers, it’s very important that their home is very cozy because the job is stressful and boring at the same time, so when they get home they need to be able to relax.

I remember being a kid and watching cartoons. These were to die for! I mean, there wasn’t anything funnier than cartoons on TV and the characters back then were somehow realistic in their fantastic world. I know that it’s impossible for a cat to talk or even use a parachute, but it’s way more realistic than nowadays cartoons, like Ben 10.

I think that cartoons play a great role in the bringing up of children. They can unleash the full potential of a kid’s imagination, but they can also ruin you. I fear that it’s not too good for kids to watch too unrealistic cartoons. I mean it’s great that there are cartoons that can help the kids think in an unorthodox way, but I wouldn’t want my kid to be asking me every 10 meters of our walk if there are some zorbons or any other ludicrous names which he can attack and kill. And that’s another problem, the modern cartoons are filled with violence. I know it’s not direct violence and it’s not shown in such a way which will directly make a kid aggressive, but if the kid sees his favorite character fight and kill some monsters, then we can only wonder why they are aggressive to each other.

And, cartoons nowadays are somehow convincing in a bad way. I remember Looney Tunes and the good old tunes in which you didn’t have to remind a kid not to fire up dynamite because it would blow up the house and stuff like that. I remember when we only needed to be told one time that animals don’t talk and that this is unrealistic. If I told a modern kid that his favorite toon character is unreal, he’d most probably swear at me, telling that I’m a liar. And even if we were told and knew that the characters (such as Porky Pig) are unreal, we still watched our cartoons with interest. And besides, have you even realized how much classic music you have learned from toons like that? Most of the cartoons had classic music as a background, which we didn’t really pay attention to when we were little, but when you hear it now you will have the strange feeling that you know it from somewhere.

I do believe that there are still pictures that can be good to our kids and that don’t addict them or require them to buy some extra fan stuff. I miss the good old days. I would probably be happy if I had a Donald Duck T-shirt, but we could live without it. I can’t imagine a kid watching Ben 10 and not having one of them fancy watch thingies.

As our world turns day by day, our children are seeing and learning. They do what they see when they don’t know any better, and many of them find out that spontaneous repercussions follow hand in hand. Things that they do wrong now can highly affect their abilities to become responsible adults in the future if they are left “unnoticed”.

Disciplinary actions start in the home. Unfortunately, so does the cycle of abuse. Children often associate attention with both negative and positive reinforcements. When a small toddler repeats the word “No” all the time, it is obvious that their world is sufficed around negative influence rather than positive.

Cycling away from the abuse tactics may be difficult. We want our children to mind, behave, but still be children. Redirection is one of the best ways to work with smaller children, while positive enforcement works well with adolescents. Talking, not screaming, can help your child to recognize the difference in what they have done wrong, what the consequence is for their action, and allows them to maintain an open line of communication with you the parent.

However, there is a fine line in knowing how to talk to your kids versus talking at your kids. Talking to your kids allows them to respond and to verbally assess the damage that may have been done. Talking at your kids, however, subconsciously asserts them to be quiet, respond only with body language, and notifies them that they have succeeded in receiving attention, though not the right kind.

Parents are not taught to be parents. Nor do they receive a guide on what they are supposed to do in any situation, regardless of the adversity of it. Parents should talk to their kids about smoking, drinking, and the dangers of drugs. Many of them don’t know how, and many of them would rather skip the subjects and not know. Unfortunately, it isn’t until too late that the parents begin the discussion, when their teens have already been under the influence of peer pressure and given in.

Talk with your children. Help them to understand the rules of the game of life. Be assertive and calm, but let them speak as well. The old rule of children should not speak unless spoken too no longer applies. Open communication lines with your children and let them know that you are there for them, even as busy as you may be. You may not be wonder mom or dad, but you can be the best parent you know how to be.

Criminal justice careers have many different spreads. These security specialists are the ones that help to keep the streets clear of perps, pedophiles, narcotics, and gangs. It is an important and dedicated job of the person who is involved in criminal justice to make sure that the safety and secure life we know and love stays in tact.

Special victims units, juvenile defenders, and even homicide detectives are specially trained in many different things. One thing they have in common is children and adolescents. They work to understand that these little guys not only have our undivided attention, but the ones that are criminals are properly associated with. Forensic psychologists are especially important with juveniles as they must know and continue to learn how and what these children are and why they do what they do.

One of the big things to understand is child psychology and child development. Knowing where a child is supposed to be at a certain age versus where they actually are can make a difference in a case. The world of difference between a child who has been abused and one who has not is massive, and many times these delinquents that are seen are victims along with perpetrators.

Mental disorders in children is more common than what many detectives realize before they book a juvenile. These, including pervasive development disorders, are some of the causes behind why kids are the way they are. Some children are controlled by medications, while others are controlled by intensive therapy.

Finding out who the kids are and where they come from is another key aspect. Statistics show that children from families in poverty are more apt to become registered criminals than those in higher income families. At the same time, neglect and abuse is equally found on both sides of the line. Knowing these facts of the child and their family can make the difference in how a juvenile is prosecuted, defended, and charged in general.

Keep up to date with all of the information on juveniles today. Medical research and more develop data that is increasingly provided as proof in the defense of a child. Each day, another statistic is proven, added or subtracted. It is up to the criminal justice officer to make sure they are knowledgeable of all the facts first.

As a juvenile delinquent, some kids are aware of what they are doing, while others belong in a different class. These children and teens are classified by certain mental and social disorders. It is important for all officers to understand the psychiatric dysfunction that can appear in children from the time they are counted as juveniles, no matter what the crime is.

Even probation officer requirements include the study of some psychiatric development in humans. Children who have been properly diagnosed can be easier to spot. However, there are some that can be hard to find, exclude, or even notice. Children who are abused show significant signs of the abuse, especially if it has been a long time of their lives. Though the signs may not be physical, signs in abuse victims are hyperactivity, physical and verbal violence towards others, and even self inflicted “accidents.” Younger children can be difficult to work with because they are not able to properly tell someone what is going on.

Other children can show signs of social or mental disorders that have nothing to do with abuse from the home. Schizophrenia, though stemmed in six different categories, is not always easy to spot. Some children are pathological liars, going to the point that they believe the lies that they are telling to be as completely true as snow is white when it falls. Anorexia, bulimia, and other eating disorders can lead to a dysfunction in routine, along with leading to serious offenses due to lack of nutrition in one’s diet.

Some social disorders develop at such an early age that there is no control over them. These would include autism and social learning disabilities. ADD and ADHD are two other social cognitive disorders, making these children act out their aggression due to inability to express feelings in societal appropriate manner. Children with these cognitive disorders tend to look for acceptance, and many times, crime is what finds them and accepts them as they are.

Keeping in check with updated versions of medications, findings on medical disorders, and regular updated training can help all officers who work in this field. Questions for psychiatrists from officers can help to understand these disorders more, and student questions can help to develop a better ruling of how to prosecute juvenile delinquents.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, is becoming one of the most common juvenile disorders there are. But when a child or teen commits a crime, is it right to use this disorder as their defense?

With ADHD, many things have to be considered. Prescriptions that the juvenile has been given is the biggest one. Because these prescriptions contain a form of methamphetamine, juveniles have the distinct issue of being “lost” or “unaware” of their actions. However, some juveniles who have been on the medications for so long become addicted, and literally cannot function without them. these include all forms of Ritalin, Adderal, and Welbutrin.

Is it really ADHD? The truth behind this is that there is no actual test for ADHD. When the disorder was discovered, it was merely a setback in the pediatric world. Doctors, psychiatrists, and pharmacy technicians did not have a way to really diagnose this disorder or its close cousin, ADD. To this day, a diagnose is a result of questioning the parents and visually observing the child in action.  Once a child ranks at a certain amount amongst other children their age in attention, disruption, and other factors, they are then diagnosed.

So is ADHD a legitimate excuse to get out of a crime? The answer is behind the juvenile’s eyes, not what a doctor has to say. Many of these kids have the ability to distinguish right from wrong, and know what they are doing when they do it. Many times, they just want to be part of something, and if committing a crime is part of the “in crowd,” then so be it for them.

The decision on whether or not a juvenile with a mental disorder is a criminal will be solely up to the ones who arrest him or her, and the judge that stands at their trial.
